The information we ask for when processing your order, i.e. name, address and credit or debit card details are purely for the purpose of processing that order. We will not pass any of our customers information on to third parties.

The Dolly Lodge has its own secure server software (SSL) that encrypts all your personal information, preventing it from being accessed or read by any third party. SSL is known to be the best available software package for secure e-commerce trading.
When you place an order with The Dolly Lodge, we will ask for your credit card details which will be immediately encrypted and sent to our secure server, where they are held for as long as you remain a customer of The Dolly Lodge. You will not be required to enter them again for future orders further increasing the security of your details.
You will have an opportunity to modify (e.g. update your expiration date) or change your credit card, address or billing details at the check out point on our website or by using the 'contact us' button at the top of every page.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at The Dolly Lodge will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorised charges are made to your credit or debit card as a result of shopping at The Dolly Lodge.

All of our miniature items are 1/12th scale, i.e. one foot = one inch (2.54cm), unless otherwise stated.
Designs and colours of products may vary slightly to those shown on the website.
Measurements are approximate.
Safety
Some of the items sold on this website are collectors items only and are not suitable for small children.

Goods will be despatched within 2 working days subject to availability. If items are out of stock we will contact you to advise when delivery will be.
Goods will only be despatched when payment/cheque has been received and cleared.

There are several ways you can order from The Dolly Lodge from our online store.
A) CREDIT / DEBIT CARD. We accept VISA, SWITCH, MASTERCARD, SOLO.
Our orders are processed by Jeyes Chemist using a 100% secure service (128 bit encrypted).
B) CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDER.
If you wish to pay via mail please make cheques payable to JEYES CHEMIST and send it to.

Damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 14 days in their original packaging for any exchange or refund.
If you are not fully satisfied with any item please contact us in writing within 7 days and return the item in it's original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days for a full refund EXCLUDING the outgoing postal charge.

Customer Information / Terms & Conditions - Contract Information
A contract will ONLY exist between you and Jeyes Chemist Ltd for the purchase of any product(s) when and until Jeyes Chemist Ltd accepts your order. This acceptance will be in the form of an e-mail postcard confirming the details of your order and a second email notifying you that your order has been despatched.
Only once Jeyes Chemist Ltd has sent you the e-mail shall the contract be deemed complete (whether or not you receive the e-mail). Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and will be enforced and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the Laws of England.
